Our commercial area of the business includes such large-scale projects as the 262 acre site housing the (new) Fredericksburg Auto Auction. This full year-long project boasts four main buildings including a 73,000 square-foot reconditioning facility, and and 83,000 square-foot office complex featuring a cafeteria, car auction lanes, and a 4,000 square foot car wash. To date, this is the largest commercial construction project to be completed in the Fredericksburg Region at a cost of $26 million dollars. This project was completed on schedule while on budget, largely due to the direct supervision and hands-on philosophy that we have to offer.
Our broad range of knowledge in mechanical, electrical, civil and architectural engineering principles, theories, and techniques, will allow you to rest assured that every decision is made based on training and experience combined.
